Description

This is a community of health and fitness advocates who want to empower and encourage each other by teaching one another how to exercise safely in order to promote healthy lifestyles and build strength and confidence. We provide a 24/7 comprehensive gym consisting of cardio and weightlifting equipment.
Kids as young as 12 are allowed. Legal guardian supervision is suggested for 12 to 13 (family membership of at least 2 required). 14 and older can work out unsupervised. All guardians must sign up their minors in person.
